Thank you for visiting the Unda Presha Racing web site. We have set up this web site to show appreciation to our crew and sponsors.

Without a great crew and excellent sponsors, we just couldn’t race.

We brought the car over two years ago from our now good friend Darren Vassie. The car was then the current ANDRA national record holder of 9.438 @ 139 mph. We took the car back home and put it to the shed where we began to pull it apart and completely rebuild it piece by piece. We replaced all the wiring, hoses, slicks, wheels, rear end and repainted the body panels.

From the first meeting the car showed the potential to run quicker than the national record. Within a few meetings we started to run the car on or under the record but we just couldn’t keep it consistent. The car continued to break down in the top end and it took us another two years before we found the problem. The electronic ignition would move around in the distributor enough for it to cause issues. We have now replaced the electronic ignition with a crank trigger. Recently we ran the car within 3 hundredths on four passes.

Currently we have our stock motor in the car so we can not race at as many meetings we would like too. We are putting together a stroker motor to step up the elapsed time and mph. We are currently only racing at all major meetings in Queensland but we hope in the near future to travel and head south of the border.

Hopefully with this web site we might show to future sponsors that we enjoy our racing and that you will like our web site. This is only the second web site that we have done so we are still in the learning stages. However we do appreciate any feed back that could help.
